Ford Transit MK6 Duratorque engine and fuel pump, injectors in Hawick, Scottish Borders for sale
Ford Transit MK6 2.4 Duratorque engine including turbo, injectors and fuel pump. This engine was bought to put in an 2005 minibus with a knackered engine. It is working fine and drove 500 miles without any problems. However I do not know its history other than the fact it is not completely compatible with my 2005 transit as the temp gauge, rev counter and speedo didnt work. I have been told it was because the engine came from a van with an analogue speedo and my minibus has a digital one. I reconditioned the original minibus engine and swapped them back over so I now have a speedo ... and a spare engine to sell! The engine also comes with its own ECU, chip/key, ignition barrel and responder ring included in sale. It does not have any glow plugs, alternator, water pump or other bolt on ancillaries This will just plug and play with a transit MK 6 with an analogue speedo. As an extra to the sale I also have its gearbox, however I dont know if that works, the dual mass flywheel is worn, clutch and pressure plate are visibly ok.
